UNDECORATING UGH!

Thank goodness for more snow
Kristin and family was supposed to fly out of Vegas Monday but due to the weather in Chicago, their flight was cancelled.  They finally got a flight out on Thursday and diverted to Houston.  Baylie loved the delay in that she spent more time with the twins.  They had good times.
What a wardrobe for the first day back to  school

Monday we cleaned all day.  Beth and Scott brought dinner over and we watched the Rose Bowl Game.  It was delicious chicken tacos.  Yum.
The rest of the week we cleaned and put Christmas away.  We were wiped out big time.  It snowed more that the weather man said it would.  We love the moisture.
Friday we met Clark at Ashley’s to give him some stuff from Scott and Beth.  WOW is Ashley and Tyler’s apartment "High Cotton”.  It’s huge, everything new, and beautiful.  Clark is always good to be around.  He can find good in everything.
On the way home we went to visit Sister Rawcliff.  She is in Orchard Rehabilitation Center.  She was so sad that we didn’t get time to take Baylie to see her.  I showed her pictures and she couldn’t believe how she had grown and how beautiful she is.   She had no idea there was a Jaylen.  She can’t wait to see him.  She’s been in this facility since Nov. 14th and hopes to be able to go home next week.
Saturday Dad and I went to see Saratov Approach.  What a tear jerker.  By the end one is outright crying.  It is a very well done movie.  A great motivator for living the restored Gospel of Jesus Christ.  It’s about 2 missionaries who were kidnapped in Russia in 1998.
When we got home I did all the ironing and had a dinner in the crock pot Dad and I had prepared before the movie.  It was so darn good. Chicken Pot Pie Soup.  We are great chefs.
We love the restored gospel of Jesus Christ and the fact that we have the priesthood to bless us every day.  We don’t know how we could face each day without this knowledge and blessing.  Families are what it is all about.    We pray daily for each of our family members.   Our grandchildren are so close to their parents and each other.  It would be extremely difficult if we lost even one.  We love the way our children teach the gospel to our grands and want no one else to replace them.
We so love this family of ours and the restored gospel of Jesus Christ.  It's true.  We love each other or none of this would matter.
