Wednesday: It's been 2 weeks since my fall and we walked 2 miles. Felt good.
As usual, I forgot to take a picture when we got our shots so I am sending one of Kristin getting hers.
Thursday, the 4th, I finished the top and bottom of the quilt. We are so thankful for good days and the restored gospel of our savior, Jesus Christ.
Dad has been working on carving some little men to put on canes while I work on my quilt and I took a picture of some of them. He is really getting quite skilled at this art and loves doing it.
Saturday morning, the 6th, we braved the cold and went to Nixon's soccer game. He is a good soccer player and it was fun to be outside and cheer him on.
Sunday was a very special day because we went to Centerville for baby Beatrice's name and blessing. Her daddy did a fine job and all Clark's children were there. Tyler's parents and a brother and sister were there also. We loved that Dad was asked to be in the blessing circle. It was a great day, filled with many blessings. Ashley had a marvelous luncheon for us and we just had a great time visiting with family. Riley had a girlfriend whom we really liked, Baylie Savage. (didn't ask the spelling) We are so thankful for priesthood blessings.
Notice the beautiful dress Dianne made.

Monday the 15th, Ava and Nixon came to help us with anything we needed. They wanted to earn money to pay for some shoes they bought. They worked so hard and did such a good job. Rowan worked very hard playing with Disney figures. When they finished they walked down to Scott Cherry's mother's home where Scott was painting and Beth was helping. We had so much fun for a few hours. No, I did not think to take pictures so I took these later. We are so grateful for grandchildren.
I don't know how they do this but I love it.Wednesday, St. Patrick's Day, Tiffani and Camden stopped by on their way to visit UVU and then met us at Wal Mart to say good by as they headed to Logan to visit Utah State. They flew in and out the same day. Cameron loved the car they rented.
Dad helped Brother Bush get into his home after a 3 day stay at the hospital. Carma was worried that she might need help and dad was happy to be there.
Thursday, the 18th, we delivered Primroses to our ministering families. We do it together and have 7 homes we visit. Because of the Covid 19 we do not go inside but we love visiting and knowing they are well.
We are facilitators in the Emotional Resilience program the church has for helping people in self-reliance. It is all done on line but Dad does an excellent job of taking the lead and following the program. We love our group and they are very involved so it makes it so fun.
The 19th was Simon Robert Johns #3 birthday. What a fun and loving little boy. He has a smile a mile long and loves doing most everything. He keeps his mother, Ashley, very busy along with Will and new sister, Beatrice. We just love seeing him grow and be such an amazing boy. He is so taken by his new little sister and just can't get enough of her.
Sunday, Scott and Beth had us over for a yummy tri-tip dinner. We love being with family. Clark and Di also invited us but Scott was first. We feel so important! I just need to earn to take more pictures.Tuesday we started our 2 mile walking again. After our walk we went to pick up George's new travel C-Pap. It is wonderful and can fit in his carry-on. We are excited to go to Kristin's in a few weeks.
March 24th was a big day because Cameron turned the big 18. He is such a wonderful grandson and so BYU. We just have too much fun with him, He is a straight A student and will going on a scholarship to Utah State. He is scared and excited at the same time. I think Tiffani is having a harder time having the first one leave home. He's only 2 hours from us so he will be just fine. He is a good boy and loves his family and Savior so all will be well.
For 3 days we have been working on a petition because we are meeting with a group at the Mayor's office to see what can be done with the drug house across the street. It has just been getting worse for 5 years now and people are tired of it. The police are wonderful and do so much but it isn't working. They get put in jail and are out in hours because they pay the fees. We don't like to feel the way we do but then again we don't feel real safe. The 26th I had an appointment with a cardiologist and go on a tilt table. Don't know what that it supposed to show but it was weird. My blood pressure is way low and they are trying to find out why. I am dizzy most of the time but that's no shocker. 90/47
The last day of this month, Lily called and asked if we could take her to Jonny's Jr. high track meet. We were excited to be able to do this. It was a cold day but we bundled up and had a great time being outside. Jonny did very well on the high jump. Clark met us there and we enjoyed our time together.
Dad got tired of having to wear suspenders so he put on a smaller size Levi (32) and his belt went around his waist one and a half times. He put mine on and it went in the second hole. Humiliating.
This month went by way too fast but we enjoyed it. We are anxiously waiting for April conference and hearing our Prophet, Russell M. Nelson give us the messages we need to hear. We love him and know that he gets direct revelation from our Father in Heaven to instruct us of what we need to do at this time. We are so blessed to have a prophet on the earth today and to know the Plan of Salvation and what is expected of us. We are so thankful for our many blessings and to have the family we are blessed with. Each one is so special to us and helps u remember to strive with all our might to follow the doctrine of Christ. It's true and indeed families can be together for eternity. We are trying so hard to be worthy of that great blessing. We make mistakes but because of our Savior we can repent and do better. How beautiful and true. He gives us peace.
