And So It Begins!

Today Grammy & Grandad entered the MTC at 10:00 a.m. They will be there during the day and still live in their own house at night until Friday or Saturday when they will start the long drive to North Carolina (stopping in Las Vegas, NV, and Columbia, SC, on the way). It is a journey of approximately 2,777 miles and will take them through Utah, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina and finally North Carolina! They will probably get to their new home sometime around January 21st (which is Grammy's birthday).
